Dr. Moland has over 10 years of academic experience as both faculty and Chair. Additionally she is a PMP certified Project Manager with over 20 years of extensive software development and project management experience. Project implementations range in staff size from three resources to 23 resources and budgets ranging from $300K to $5M.

Report the annual departmental data (enrollees and graduates) to the Institutional Advancement Office at the close of the academic year. Recruit and identify CIS faculty candidates as necessary and perform annual reviews for five CIS faculty; collaborate across academic divisions and departments as part of grant proposal development and academic curriculum changes.
